By creating an account or using Kova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Kova platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kova. We use third-party identity verification services to enforce this. You agree to provide accurate identification if requested. Accounts found to belong to minors or users with fraudulent IDs will be permanently banned without refund.
Kova facilitates real-time video and audio interactions (“Pulses”). You are strictly prohibited from recording, screenshotting, or streaming any Pulse session. Any attempt to capture or distribute the likeness or voice of another user without their express consent will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
You agree not to harass, stalk, or abuse other users; use the platform for commercial solicitation; create multiple accounts; use VPNs to circumvent location restrictions; or engage in any behavior that violates our Community Guidelines. Kova reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion.
Premium features (Kova+, Kova Pro, and Re-Pulses) are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Kova is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee connections or safety during real-time interactions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kova shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other users encountered through the platform.
Kova requires precise location data to facilitate matching. You consent to the collection and use of your GPS coordinates for the purpose of identifying other users within your specified search radius.
