How to delete your account

There are two ways to delete your Kova account:

In the app

Go to Settings → Delete Account, select a reason, and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@kovadating.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • —Your profile (name, photos, bio, interests, verification status)
  • —Your account credentials (email, phone number)
  • —Your matches and chat message history
  • —Your Pulse call history and results
  • —Blocked user lists
  • —Any pending Re-Pulse requests

What is retained

If you filed a report or were reported by another user, the report itself is retained for community safety purposes, but with your personal identifying information removed — it can no longer be linked back to you or your account.

Timing

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It may take up to 5 days for all data to be fully removed from backups.
