Developer Accounts Approved!
Building a live, video-first app from the ground up requires navigating a lot of behind-the-scenes infrastructure before the product ever hits a public screen. To build an ecosystem that honors real connection, the underlying corporate and legal foundations have to be locked down properly.
That is why I am incredibly excited to share the latest major milestone in the pipeline: I have officially submitted and received full approval for the Kova developer accounts on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
While this isn't a public launch of the app itself—as Kova remains strictly in active development—gaining these approvals is a massive step forward. It means the legal framework, corporate entity structures, and developer identities have been fully vetted and greenlit by the world's two largest mobile platforms. The tracks are officially laid, and the architecture is cleared to deploy.
Why This Progress Matters Right Now
Securing these verified developer credentials unlocks the critical deployment pipelines necessary to transition the product from my local machines to actual devices:
• Official TestFlight Preparation: Apple developer approval clears the path to launch the upcoming iOS internal builds via TestFlight, meaning real-world closed loop testing is just around the corner.
• Cross-Platform Infrastructure: Securing both ecosystem pipelines simultaneously ensures that when Kova goes live, the backend can handle cross-platform architecture seamlessly.
• Production-Ready Environment: I can now integrate core native cloud capabilities, secure notification pathways, and system-level performance mechanics under an official, verified brand umbrella.
The daily grind of a solo developer is full of invisible hurdles, and passing these strict global platform reviews is a solid win. Kova is being built with meticulous intention, and taking the time to secure these foundations properly ensures a premium, seamless environment when the first Pulse windows open.
Stay tuned for more development updates as I push closer to the initial closed testing phases.
